I have given three links to good articles about energy boosting foods. I find that when I am especially busy, I forget to make the most out of my meals, but it is possible to avoid foods that weigh you down and choose some that give a boost in the middle of a busy day. Also, tips about what foods to avoid and how just a little exercise can go a long way. For me, sometimes knowing the “why” behind and idea helps it to click in and make sense. And then I’m much more likely to practice (or stop) a new behavior to get the maximum benefits.
